Pursuit Celebrates Wimbledon in Style

Throughout the 2018 Wimbledon tournament, Pursuit ran a competition for select clients which gave them a chance to win one of two hampers of treats!

Clients were given a randomly-selected player from either the Gentlemen’s or Ladies’ singles tournaments and then watched eagerly to see if their player would win their tournament.

As the tournament heated up, unsuccessful clients were called when their player was knocked out and then received a personal delivery of strawberries and cream to share with their team.

With the sun shining on Saturday, it was Angelique Kerber who beat Serena Williams to win the Ladies’ singles tournament, with a win of 6-3 6-3. The cheering of the crowd was almost certainly matched by that of the HR team at Zodiac Aerospace, knowing they’d won one of the hampers!

The Gentlemen’s singles tournament finals on Sunday was tough to predict, but in the end Novak Djokovic walked away with his fourth Wimbledon win, beating rival Kevin Anderson. The win meant that Unilever’s HR team will also be enjoying a hamper of treats which will be delivered to them later this week.
