Rt Hon James Cleverly MP helps launch Pursuit Executive
We were delighted to have the Foreign Secretary, The Rt. Hon. James Cleverly MP join us to celebrate the imminent launch of our new division, Pursuit Executive. In his role as our local MP, James congratulated our MD Lorraine Phair, on launching exactly what our region needs, a dedicated senior executive recruitment division which saves clients from having to reach into the capital for a London agency. As James pointed out, as we have this expertise available within the our regional business community, Lorraine’s new initiative is exactly what our local economy needs – and it’s exactly what our clients need, too.
In fact, with senior executive search being conducted under Lorraine’s personal supervision, our clients can tap into more than three decades of combined experience in a boutique recruitment agency which can handle everything from entry level to board level across its two divisions, Pursuit Resources and now, Pursuit Executive.
Lorraine explained why she felt that a new division would benefit our many clients. “Quite a few of our clients have realised that I can identify and attract the most outstanding executives for senior director roles and have been asking me to do so for some years. However, there are many more clients who rely on us for general commercial recruitment without being aware that I can also find their next CEO, COO, Finance Director or any senior executive that they require. Pursuit Executive will help to make people aware that we can help them find their key people at every level.” Lorraine’s time spent in both the London agency scene and developing her own business at Pursuit Group have enabled her to hone her headhunting and executive search skills so that she can seek out the most dynamic company leaders for highly strategic roles, quite literally across the board.
Now our many clients can have their cake and eat it – as we did on the day – being able to rely on the team that they know and trust for commercial recruitment identifying the ideal candidates for their most senior appointments too.
