It’s been a busy time here at Pursuit with our four-legged friends! We’re also keen to be community players and reach out to support organisations in our local area.
We recently took part in ‘Bring Your Dog to Work Day’ on Friday 21 June. This is a great day set up to celebrate man’s best friend. It’s thought that taking your dog to work is beneficial for the dog and for humans. Dogs can ease stress, improve collaboration, promote creativity and enhance a work/life balance!1
Our MD Lorraine’s lovely dog, Lizzie Bennett, joined us in the office. She’s a cute cockerpoo and often visits to brighten up our day. It’s always a good day at Pursuit when Lizzie’s around, she certainly helps to boost our wellbeing.
But our waggy-tailed adventures didn’t stop there.
Our team made a special visit to the Shalford Dog Show. Lorraine is a regular at the event and being on our doorstep we were keen to show our support. There are always lots of pups in attendance, and many of them are awarded with top prizes.
So, this year we decided it was only right for us to sponsor the Shalford Dog Show. We provided a bag full of goodies and set out to find the ‘Happiest Dog’ with the ‘Waggiest Tail’.
Lots of dogs came to show off their skills and win the top prize. They were all excellent and it was hard to choose a winner. However, the winning dog was Quinn, an 18-month-old cockerpoo, who was treated to our goody bag.
Here at Pursuit, we love dogs. It’s also extremely important to us to get out into our local area and be community players.
