HR Assistant  – Braintree – £22,000


This is a permanent role that will report into the HR Officer. It will assist with the day to day administrative tasks required within the HR department.

  • You will also be responsible for responding to basic HR queries from staff, escalating them where required to the HR Officer.
  • We’re ideally looking for someone who is qualified or part-qualified at CIPD Level 3, who has some demonstrable experience within an HR environment.
  • As an HR professional, you will also understand the importance of working efficiently, professionally and accurately to support the line managers and wider team.
  • This is a great generalist opportunity for someone to utilise and expand their current knowledge as in a growing, vibrant and exciting company which has placed within the ‘Times Top 100 Best Small Companies to Work For’ in both 2017 and 2018.

Production Operator – Grays – Temporary – Continental Shifts


This role ensures manufacturing facilities smooth running, and continuously increase up-time of the equipment. You will also be required to assist the Equipment Owner in day to day running of the manufacturing line.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Carries out all tasks in a safe manner, and ensure those around them are safe at all times.
  • Maintains a safe and clean working environment, and complies with procedures and regulations.
  • Ensure the manufacturing line runs safely.
  • Identify any potential issues and follow the reporting chain.
  • Effective shift handover with Equipment Owner and Shift Leader.
  • Carries out tasks as requested by Shift Leader.
  • Perform basic sampling and QA procedures.
  • Understand and follow SOP instructions.
  • Adequately label and store manufactured product within company guidelines.

Administration Assistant – Witham – £18,000


An Administration Assistant (min. 1 years administrative experience) is required for an industry-leading, global and rapidly growing company based in Witham.

Working as part of a team of 3 and with full training provided, the role will involve:

  • Invoicing clients:
    o Job by Job invoicing / Monthly consolidated
    o Running the lab extracts and liaising with the labs to confirm the data for invoicing
  • Maintain list of contracts, fleets & ships.
  • Being responsible for sending introductory material and follow up with customers when new ships are added to the program.
  • Responsibility for following up that all information has been received from new ships/contracts.
  • Responsible for setting up new contracts and respective users.
  • Follow up on and contact customers when:
    o Incorrect entries in submission forms
    o Missing contract information

Search Marketing Executive – Harlow – £25,000 – £35,000

Pursuit Resources are currently recruiting for a Search Marketing Executive for our client, a rapidly growing, successful company based in the Essex area.

Working within the wider Marketing team, the Search Marketing Executive supports all paid and unpaid online media activity (paid search, affiliates, organic search). This is a ‘hands on’ role requiring a driven and quick-learning individual to plan, implement and optimise PPC and Shopping advertising campaigns. This role will also support the implementation of Affiliate campaigns and SEO activities.

Skilled Operator (Bulk) – Witham – £18,000 – £19,000


  • Safely and efficiently operate within the bulk area and if required operate equipment within the warehouse.
  • Responsible for maximising output of the required quality.
  • Demonstrate basic competence and basic technical understanding of the equipment and processes. Other duties as required from time to time.
Candidates must have:
  • A background of working within a production line environment. (ideally FMCG, and running and changing machines over).
  • Previous Experience of leading and running temporary labour (via a Recruitment Agency).
  • 3 GCSE passes at grade A-C including maths or equivalent.
  • Ability to complete induction training for new staff and maintain standards.
  • Experience risk assessments.
  • Stock control experience
  • Trained and competent in 5S improvement techniques.
  • A willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and good numerical skills.
  • Basic level computer skills.
