- Entering orders directly onto in-house software system; setting up new products
- Processing order amendments
- Ensuring all orders are entered onto the system in a timely manner
- Contacting customers regarding their orders
- Checking orders on the system frequently to ensure prompt dispatch
- Updating customer accounts
- Being the first point of contact within the department for order queries
- Assisting the Estimating & Purchasing Manager with Raising POs

Digital Marketing Manager – Harlow – £40-50,000

- Support Amazon/Digital services strategy and be responsible for its execution at Harlow site

- Reporting to and working with the Operations Supervisor the Export Coordinator will work closely with customers, clients and agents.

- Assist in pricing, negotiating and financial management of projects with assistance from the PMO.
- Management of any subcontractors, consultants and external parties involved in project deliveries.
- Ensure the agreed project management methods, standards and processes are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in the production and maintenance of project plans.
- Co-ordinate the production of all reports and produce project summary reports.
- Define and document procedures, disciplines and recording, and reporting standards throughout a project’s life.
