Following on from the success of our Women in Leadership workshop in February; we’re pleased to announce that our second workshop of 2024, will be taking place in May.
The session will bring together some of our most dynamic clients and is an opportunity to stimulate best practice discussions and promote knowledge sharing for peers within the group. This time, we’re joined by our legal expert Cas Carrington, partner at KLC Employment Law; where we will explore the topical employment law issue of disciplinaries and grievances.
The following matters to be covered include:
- Avoiding common mistakes
- Dealing with reluctant witnesses
- The requirements of fairness and natural justice
- What to say in outcome letters
- Handling appeals
Our workshops, offered to a smaller group of HR professionals, provide the chance for women in leadership to discuss their experiences and ask questions in person with Cas, who will be on hand to help unpick what could be a complicated process to navigate. The outcome will give our group strategies to take back to implement in their workplace.
